How It Started
After years of chasing fitness goals and building muscles, I found something more lasting in yoga - balance.
I started my journey in Mysore, trained in Hatha at Samyak Yoga, followed by Vinyasa training and anatomy studies. And I’ve been teaching ever since, in studios, retreats, and one-on-one private coaching to students across the world.
